Applicable electric drill: Portable electric drills (in the rotary-only mode)

  • Use a carbide-tipped center drill (PCHWCD225 or PCHWCD175) when making a hole in ceramic siding boards.
  • Use the Hyperdia core bits for drilling in hard ceramic siding boards.
  • This core bits can make a hole in the metallic part of metallic siding boards of up to approx. 0.5mm (1/64") thickness. However, this tool is not suitable for drilling in a flat surface (without small bumps and dips) of the metallic part.
